Connect your own Gmail or Outlook account. Emlyn reads and summarises what has arrived and prepares replies as drafts in your own mailbox. It never sends: you check each draft and send it yourself. Patient names are swapped for placeholders before Emlyn's AI sees the content.
See your day in one place. Emlyn can add an appointment you ask for, and you can always see what it has added.
Start from dot points. Emlyn builds a structured draft using templates for common GP paperwork, such as WorkCover, TAC, NDIS and insurance letters. Anything your notes don't cover is left for you to complete or mark as not needed. Decisions, like work capacity, are always yours.
Emlyn helps you complete admin forms from your own material, so you spend less time retyping the same details.
Emlyn remembers your preferences, the people you often write to and how you like things worded, so it gets more useful each week.
Ask for what you need in plain words: a summary of the morning's email, a reply in your usual tone, a letter started from your notes.
You connect one email account at a time (Google or Microsoft), and it should be your own account, not a shared clinic inbox.
